How do I order a veil?

Since we offer such a huge selection of veils, options, and tweaks, we have created this guide to help you find a veil that works best for you. Our recommendation is for you to check out our store page it see if we have a veil in stock to match your needs. If not, we’ll direct you to our customizer page to make a veil completely unique to you. If this is your first time purchasing through our website, click the new user button below; it will guide you through the process.
The things you need to know are: color, fabric, shape, size, trim, and additional fit options (if required).

Select a fabric category and color or click skip
Pick out a veil that you love
On the order page, select the desired shape, and size. Since these items are already made, we can’t make changes or add fit options to the items listed in the store. To add customization, please follow the custom veil process indicated below.
Click the “add to cart” button and complete payment process to place your order! You’ll receive an email with your order details, and another when your order is shipped. Orders placed from our store will usually ship in 2 business days.

On the order page, select the desired shape, and size, and additional fit option (if required). Make sure to scroll through the veil pictures on each item to see your veil with all the trim options! **See the below FAQ if you need help making your size and fit selection
Click the “select trim and continue” button. This will navigate you the final step of trim selection as well as give to a chance to enter any comments.

What shape of veil would fit me best?
We understand first hand how important it is to have a veil that fits perfectly and looks great. This is way over the years we have tweaked and re-tweaked our veil designs to help you feel great about the fit and look of your veil. This said, we also understand that each of us is unique, sporting our own head shape, amount of hair, and desired look. To accomplish we offer three basic veil shapes paired with several additional fit tweaks to help you feel great about the way you look with your new veil. when can i expect to receive my items after i have placed an order?
All stock order will be shipped in 2-3 business days whenever possible. Custom orders take a bit longer (5-7 business days). If for any reason we can’t fulfill your order in the above time frame we’ll contact you. As soon as your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with a estimated delivery date. *******************************
What is our exchange/RETURN policy?
It is our primary goal to help you find a veil that is a perfect fit for you. To accomplish this goal, we offer free exchanges and returns on all our products. However, any shipping costs associated with your exchange or return will not be refunded.
